We’re proud to announce the launch of www.taimenfund.org Generation 2, a completely re-designed presentation of our work and our place on the web.
Please take a look around the site and let us know what you think. We’re trying to highlight the programs we’ve developed in support of Mongolian taimen conservation and giving due recognition to the many partners who’ve supported these efforts.
Many of those will be on-hand Sunday, November 4th at the Paramount Theater in Denver, Colorado to support the release of Fly Fisherman Magazine’s One Path feature film and our fight to save the world’s largest salmonid.
The evening will feature a silent auction benefiting The Taimen Fund’s work in Mongolia, a concert by local favorite Coral Creek (word is the Executive Director of The Taimen Fund, Charlie Conn, is going to join the band on stage!), a new beer release from Atlanta’s Sweetwater Brewery, great food and company.
Tickets for the event can be purchased at:
For more information, please contact John Bailey of The Taimen Fund at firstname.lastname@example.org
As part of the site’s re-launch, we’ll be accepting secure bids for a number of the items from the night’s auction, including a Taimen Fund-themed driftboat from Boulder Boat Works, original art from Josh Udesen of Tightline Studios, a taimen trip from Mongolia River Outfitters, and Colorado angling. Many more items will be available at auction on Sunday. www.taimenfund.org/silent-auction/
